• New Student Enrollment 

    Welcome to the 2024-2025 new student enrollment process. Please be sure to review all the information on this page before proceeding to ensure your child is properly enrolled for the 2024-2025 school year. Questions about the online enrollment process can be directed to (724) 746-1400 Ext. 104 or email Kellie Setaro-Gales, kellie.setaro@chartiers-houstonsd.com.    All new Kindergarten Students for the 24-25 school year, please proceed to the For Parents Tab and Kindergarten Registration. This should be completed as soon as possible. 

    If you already have children in the CHSD, the enrollment process will be completed through your current parent portal on Skyward. If you do not currently have students in the district, you will need to register for Skyward access first.  

    There are TWO parts to enrolling a student.  Part 1 is to complete and submit the online 2024-2025 New Student Enrollment.  To complete this step, you will need a copy of a deed/lease, OR a CURRENT electric, water, or gas bill for proof of residency. We are unable to use Phone/Cell, Internet, Insurance, and Registrations as proof of residency.  The utility bill MUST be in your name. If you do not have a utility bill in your name, please email kellie.setaro@chartiers-houstonsd.com for further instructions.  You will also need a copy of the student’s immunization records to upload to be able to submit Part 1. Throughout the online portion, you will be prompted to download, print, and complete the required documents necessary to enroll your child.  These documents will need to be turned in during Part 2 of the process. To utilize our notary service and/or complete Part 2 of the process is by appointment only in the district office. 

    I need a Skyward Account.

    1.  Gain Access to Skyward
    2.  Complete form and submit.
    3.  Check your email for further instructions.
    4.  Access Skyward.

    I have a Skyward Account.

    1. Log into your Skyward account. 
    2. Click on the New Student Enrollment Tab (upper left-hand corner)
    3. Complete 2024-2025 New Student Enrollment Form.

    The following documents will need to be submitted to the Central Administrative Office. Please call for an appointment to complete enrollment.

    All downloads can be found in PART 2: Enrollment Packet. 

    1. Identification: VALID Driver's License (original)

    2. Child's Birth Certificate (original)

    3. Download, print, and complete -  Part 2: New Student Enrollment Packet

    *Enrollment is not complete until all documents are received and processed by the district office. 

    *For your convenience, a notary is available, free of charge, by appointment only, at the district office.
